My Story
Three principles facilitator
I used to have a sophisticated spiritual practice. Like so many I worked incredibly hard on myself undertaking regular practices of meditation, affirmation, EFT, Reiki, and so much more! Then one day in 2016 I was introduced to the three principles of Mind, Thought and Consciousness and it changed my life forever. My affirmations came off the wall. Meditation was something I could enjoy but no longer needed to do, as I realized that meditation is a state of mind and not a practice! All that hard work, that was so exhausting, suddenly became completely unnecessary as I could see, genuinely, that I am already everything I need. In fact, we are all everything we need already. Leave your intellect behind and take a moment to feel the truth of this statement. Soon after these early insights my life began to change for the better, and rapidly. I will not ask you to set goals or tie yourself down to unrealistic expectations. Life is short and the only thing that really matters is feeling good in the moment. When you feel good, life gets good. When you feel bad (and this can't be avoided) you can begin to see that it is not real, your feelings are only you responding to thought in the moment. Such understanding makes the hard times easier to handle and the good times fantastic!
